It is the craftsman and people involved in every stage of the process who make the creation of high-quality products possible. In an atmosphere almost suspended in time, the Borsalino manufacture in Alessandria Italy preserves this priceless cultural heritage that narrates the excellence of Italian savoir-faire. For each single felt hat, produced exclusively from raw materials, it requires more than 50 manual operations and at least 7 weeks of processing. The creation of the straw models woven by hand, can take up to 6 months for each individual hat.
